that word is love.

True Intention

I have been thinkin about peoples behaviour latley
and the reason behind why
people tend to be so false towards each other..

I have also relised it is hard to answer this question.
Why?! because people define being false diffrently...as weird as it may seem.
I hope people around me have the decency to atleast be honest with their true intentions of our friendship. I believe im honest person, and i expect honesty back...thats all yo!

The sounds

You might not kno' but i kind off like
diverse types of music. Im not the kind that
only listens to one type.
So let me introduce

The sounds - Living in america-
Just love this song.

Teenage pornstars, living for nothing now.
Nightlife baby, Ooo ohaooo.
Look out, shape up, before you get to turn around.
Wake up honey, Ooo ohaooo.

We're not living in America, but we're not sorry.
I knew there was something that we never had, but we don't worry.
No we're not living in America,
but we're not sorry.
No we don't care about the world today. We're not sorry for you.

Pretty as a picture, I'm dancing the night away.
And don't stop baby, Ooo ohaooo.
I learned my way, I'm living for something now.
It's hardcore honey, Ooo ohaooo.

We're not living in America, but we're not sorry.
I knew there was something that we never had, but we don't worry.
No we're not living in America, but we're not sorry.
No we don't care about the world today.
We're not sorry for you.

Wicked shiiiiiiiit

We rounded the day by going to cinema and watch G.I jones. At the beginning when i saw the add for this trailer, i thought to myself...what the fcuk. Here we go, are they trying to do a copy of 90s G.I jane? cheesy.

Funny enough, my sis accidently (right Nassima i believe you not) saw this movie when it had premier in London earlier, and she liked it, so much so ...... we went due to her recommendation. Thanx sis cant complain now, it was hugh entertainment.

Holy Month Of Ramadan

Ramadan is the holiest month in islamic religion, and part of the five pillar of islam.

During Ramadan month not only are you required to abstain from food, drinking , tobaco usage, sexual contact from dawn to sun set. But you have to show generosity and kindness.

As mention above ramadan has many dimensions, including physical, psychological, social and spiritual dimensions. Ramadan orients the believer to balance between all these dimensions of his/her existence.

Physical dimension of Ramadan includes abstaining from all kinds of food, drinks, smoking and sexual contact from sunrise to sunset. It helps physical attunement of the body through cleansing and relaxing, and provides a break in the cycle of rigid habits or over indulgence.

Psychological dimension of fasting is related to patience, forbearance and perseverance. Through

observing fasting, the believer enriches his/her patience, forbearance, self-worth, self-strength, self-control, self-reflexivity, self-training and discipline.

Through fasting muslims strive for controlling their urges and resist temptation. And through meditative practices of praying, reading the Quran and remembering God, they are reminded of the bigger picture, and develop an understanding about purpose of creation. Thus, fasting helps dealing with stress, trauma, attain inner peace. Therefore ramadan helps healing psychological problems.

In terms of social dimension, fasting calls for remembering those who are poor, who do not have food or shelter. Fasting is a way of experiencing hunger and developing sympathy for the less fortunate, and of learning thankfulness and appreciation for all of God's bounties. It calls for purifying ones actions towards others.

It reminds believers of their social responsibility, it calls for generosity, sharing and forgiving. It calls for compassion towards those who are in need and are suffering. During this month Muslims are especially called for resolving their conflicts, forgiving each other and asking for forgiveness.

Muslims are called to show mercy, compassion, generosity, and care for all Gods creatures, including themselves, other human beings, animals and the environment as the vicegerents of God on earth.

By partaking in ramadan, and experiencing it together creates a social space that is shared by many muslims across the globe. This creates a unique sense of solidarity among muslims around the world. By sharing the feast with friends and relatives during Eid ul Fitr, and by giving charity (fitra) and alms to the poor and needy (zakat),

Muslims take part in healing social wounds, knitting closer ties with others, redistributing wealth, connecting with those who are in need. This aspect of Ramadan contributes to creating a just and compassionate society based on sharing and giving rather than focusing on consumerism.

I wish all my islamic brothers and sisters Ramadan Kareem,
may Allah give us his blessing

Call it What You Want

In a flash of bright light, the curtain is torn,
Tumbling down all tattered and worn.
Revealing new life, a child within,
Born free of hate, of
suffering and sin.
Now my eyes see what
has never been told,
Striving forth happy,
confident and bold.
Into a world that's unfamiliar
but friendly,
Into this new life my spirit will send me.

Saturday night fever!!

And so it is saturday again, only this time is boiling hot outside and i cant handle this heat at the moment.
Madonna is at Ullevi doing her gig, i on the other hand just came out from shower and feel the breeze of the evening.
Sunday tomorrow we'll see what its got to offer, many plans but nothing bulletproof, until then have cool evening/night

Sticky & Sweet

I just woke up from a fuzzy dream
You never would believe the things that I have seen
I looked in the mirror and I saw your face
You looked right through me, you were miles away

All my dreams, they fade away
I'll never be the same
If you could see me the way you see yourself
I can't pretend to be someone else
Always love me more, miles away
I hear it in your voice, miles away
You're not afraid to tell me, miles away
I guess we're at our best, miles away

So far away, so far away,
so far away, so far away

When noone is around then I have you here
I begin to see the picture, it becomes so clear
You always have the biggest heart
When we're 6.000 miles apart

To much of no sound
Uncomfortable silence can be so loud
Those three words are never enough
When it's long distance love

Always love me more, miles away
I hear it in your voice, miles away
You're not afraid to tell me, miles away
I guess we're at our best, miles away

So far away, so far away,
so far away, so far away

Njaaaaaw.............

Would like to thank my girls for organising and giving me the best babyshower ever....Love you guys.
............................................
Im quite active person...as in i dont let myself lie around on the cough, why: because i believe you can learn your body with what ever tempo you desire to posses. So, even though 33 weeks pregnant i stop myself to feel those tired feeling that sometimes creeps around and before you know it, you feel sorry for yourself.
Thats why i love to played football with my hubby, ( often no running, but kicking mean ass ball) and try to do diffrent activities if times allowes.
Last night was a shooker, as soon as i hit bed i started to feel palpitation. It wasnt like once or twice thing...ooohhnooo, at one time i started to feel like i was about to have heart attack or soo ( Shiiiit).
Fresh air and sipping cold water helped, and i could finally sleep.
Sitting here now contemplating on if i should become best friends with my cough and rest ...or get out and be active............
blaaaaa i dont think i can spend my whole day on the cough...ooohnoo...im out of here.
im gonna go and do some shopping....
have a nice day people
